The Hispanic Alliance seeks a Programs & Outreach Coordinator to provide support to senior level staff and perform key office & Program management tasks. This position will support all programs, Community Teams, and Network, keep our office running efficiently, maintain timely communication with the public, and participate in the implementation of community initiatives.



  • Maintains daily contact with the public, volunteers, board members, community team members, and partner agencies.

  • Assists Hispanic Alliance staff during community initiatives and serves the public with requests for assistance.

  • Develops and cultivates relationships with individuals, families, and partners in key Hispanic communities, neighborhoods, and schools.

  • Trains and supervises community volunteers.


  • Reports to the Operations and Network Manager.

  • Provides administrative support to the Executive Director, senior managers, and Programs department.

  • Works closely with volunteers and interns.

  • Responsible for efficient management of the front office.
