Hispanic Celebration Night with Glow Lyric Theatre
July, 21st - 7PM - Warehouse Theatre
Glow Lyric Theatre and the Hispanic Alliance are partnering to bring a taste of Hispanic culture to the opening night performance of "In the Heights," a Tony Award winning musical by Lin Miranda, the creator of "Hamilton." The Hispanic Alliance network is invited to the pre-show reception with drinks, salsa dancing, and Latin cuisine. Click the button to purchase tickets.

Salsa at Sunset
July 14th - 6-10PM -Graham Plaza, Peace Center - Greenville
Celebrate Latin music and dance in downtown Greenville. The event features David Rodriguez and the Latin Caravan and salsa dancing in front of the Peace Center fountains. A community-building and family friendly event, Salsa at Sunset is free and open to the public, and begins with a free Salsa dance lesson from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. The band then continues to play until 10:00 pm.

Non-Profit Net Night
July 10th - 5:30-8:30PM - Avenue, Downtown Greenville
Join the Greenville Chamber for its premier series of networking events designed to help professionals make real connections. The theme of July’s event will be Non-Profits, though professionals from all sectors are welcome. You must pre-register by July 6th to guarantee a spot. Peace Passport Series
2018-2019 - The Peace Center, Greenville
Introduce yourself to the Peace Center through Introduce yourself to the Peace Center through our Passport Series. Our arts programs invite young learners to become global citizens in an active
exploration of world music, dance, and theater. The STEM programs unravel the mysteries of the universe through interactive performances that merge science and the arts. By learning about the richness of cultural traditions, scientific discoveries, and works of art, we cultivate a global perspective that nurtures empathy and understanding.

Monthly - 9:00-10:30 AM - Jesús el Rey, Downstairs Hall
Each month members of the community and Hispanic faith leaders meet at Jesús el Rey to hear speakers on current issues and form connections to better love and serve the Hispanic community in the Greenville area. Join us for light refreshments and fellowship. If you would like to have an annoucement included, please call church secretary Antonia Camacho at (864) 451-7744, prior to the meeting.

Families Belong Together Upstate March and Protest
Saturday, June 30th - 9AM - Graham Plaza, Peace Center
Members of the Greenville community will gather Saturday to protest the malicious mistreatment of immigrants and their children at the US/Mexico border. After opening speeches we will march to 130 South Main St. and back between locations until 12 noon. Our cause extends further than family reunification. We are fighting for the humane treatment of our fellow human beings. The failure to show compassion to our fellow human beings forces us to march.

Legacy Transition Coach
The Transition Coach Program matches scholars with mentors in the community to provide additional support as they plan and prepare to transition into college and careers. Mentorship is greatly needed to provide support, guidance and encouragement at such a critical time in their life. Volunteer with Centre Stage
CS is looking for committed individuals to help usher for their 2018-2019 Season. Each usher receives a complimentary ticket to the performance they work on. If you would like to volunteer being an usher please email business.manager@centrestage.org.
CS is also looking for individuals to help place their posters around the Upstate.Each of those volunteers would receive 2 complimentary tickets for helping hang 10 posters. If you would like to volunteer with posters please email Javy Pagan javy.pagan@centrestage.org
