    Salary: $31,200.00 plus bonus opportunities

    What your future day will look like:

    Use investigation skills to evaluate conversations and documents to determine best procedures to assist customers' inquiries
    Apply proper solutions to accounts when needed
    Negotiate and process payments
    Utilize cognitive and analytical skills to get to appropriate resolutions
    Communicate effectively through email and telephone communication

    Skills and Requirements

    To be a champion in this role, you will need:

    2+ years of experience working in a customer contact center
    Ability to effectively manage escalated calls
    High level attention to detail
    Prove work history of reliability
    Strong integrity and work ethic
    Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new technology with ease.
    Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
