Outreach Coordinator: Responsibilities include marketing, sharing information, and success stories about the Circles Program. Build relationships with prospective funders.
Early Childhood Facilitator: Provides guidance and support to the education staff to achieve School Readiness Goals for children birth to five years of age. Ensures full implementation of all aspects of the Head Start Early Learning Methodology and systems of record keeping, reporting, and on-going monitoring. Provides training and technical assistance to support education staff un successfully fulfilling all aspects of their role. Interviews potential education staff.
Payroll Specialist: Assists in development of agency's budgets and monitors expenditures of approved budgets for assigned programs. Processes bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
Skills and Requirements
Outreach Coordinator: Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Behavioral Science or a related field preferred. At least five years of experience working with low-income families in a human services program required.
Early Childhood Facilitator: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. A Master Degree is preferred. Expertise in Early Childhood Education/Early Childhood Development is required. Three (3) years of management/supervisory level experience in a program that provides services to children birth to five and their families is required.
Payroll Specialist: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of formal training is required. At least five years of experience in general accounting is required.
