    Position Description

    We are a leading Property Management company, looking for an extremely organized, friendly Property Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. HUD/Section 8/LIHTC Experience required.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    • Qualify all applicants for applicable programs.
    • Annually recertify all households for applicable programs, as well as process interim certifications, and reasonable accomodations
    • Supervise the turnover of apartments for move-in, and move-outs to ensure that apartments are suitable for occupancy.
    • Oversee adherence of all residents to the lease by resolving lease violations and referring residents to appropriate resources in order to promote high quality of living for all residents.
    • Enter rent and manage delinquency.
    • Process all move-out dispositions.
    • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
    • Reliable and trustworthy

    Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises all site personnel.

    Qualifications:
    • Must be extremely organized, and able to manage multiple administrative projects simultaneously.
    • Previous administrative experience is required.
    • Previous experience in property management is a huge plus.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of fair housing requirements.
    • Ability to use conflict resolution skills with residents
    • Ability to operate basic office equipment.

    Spanish speaking required.
